Don’t Call Me Gay is a short read that encompasses ten stages of mental enslavement when identifying as a gay individual.  The Author breakdowns the details of her childhood and how each stage affected her relationships and her journey to freedom.  These stages include being gay within a religious family setting, struggling with mental illness such as suicide, feeling like an outcast and seeking a way to be herself with a peaceful mind.   This eBook speaks on the author’s experience in a short-cut manner; from the day she was labeled as gay, up until when the chains of mental bondage were broken.  This book presents a different perspective on discovering peace, love and freedom without having to identify as being gay.  Don’t Call Me Gay is presented in the form of a guide to help others that also identify as LBGTQ become aware of the ten stages of mental enslavement and allow insight to those outside the community for a better understanding of the mental captivity of a gay individual.
